It has high hardness, good stability and corrosion resistance it does not contain the characteristics of general outdoor materials such as termite 497. A product technical parameters:
1 hour thickness of boiling water expansion rate ≤ 3%.
Standard: 1860 (+ 2mm) * 139 (+ 1mm) * 18/20 (+ 0.5mm)
Density: ≥1.2 tons/m3
Moisture content: < 10%
Static bending strength: above 50Mpa
24 hours water absorption thickness expansion rate is less than 2%.
Hardness: more than 40Mpa
Impact resistance: 6 mm
Formaldehyde release: ≤0.5mg/L.
Two devices:
1, the high resistance keel density of bamboo plate equipment is not more than 400mm, and the keel surface is flat. Firmly fixed to avoid board cracking or damage due to excessive keel spacing or keel settlement. Keel testing equipment requires metal galvanized square pipe or anticorrosive eucalyptus or wood plastic material.
2. When using the equipment, the metal fasteners of the special equipment provided by the manufacturer must be used to ensure the fastening of the equipment.
3. For the plate end of the shaped plate or cutting device, special natural oil specified by experts is used for shutdown maintenance.
